Frequently asked questions

Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. Express takes 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Express is £6.99. Delivery is free on UK orders over £30. Full details are on our shipping page.

Not at the moment. We ship within the UK only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man. We will add more countries as we grow.

Yes. You get a tracking email once your parcel is dispatched, and you can check any time on the order tracking page using your order number and billing email.

All major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling, and another 14 days to send the item back. See the returns page for the steps.

Yes. Our figures, posters and accessories come from licensed suppliers including ABYstyle, GB eye and Great Eastern Entertainment.

Posters ship rolled in a rigid cardboard tube, never folded. Figures ship in their original retail boxes inside a protective outer box.

On products that offer it, you type the name or initials you want in the box on the product page before adding to cart. Because each one is made for you, personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or the personalisation is wrong.

Email support@haxole.co.uk within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, and the return postage is on us.
