Terms and conditions

The rules for buying from Haxole.

Last updated: September 2026.

About us

Haxole is an online store trading in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@haxole.co.uk, 0161 496 0000. Our company registration and VAT numbers are shown on our invoices.

Placing an order

When you place an order you will get an email confirming we have received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. The contract between us starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place the order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery

Times and prices are on our shipping page. We aim to meet those times but they are estimates, not guarantees, and couriers can be delayed.

Cancellations and returns

Your rights and our process are set out on the returns page.

Personalised products

Personalised items are made to your instructions, so they cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they arrive faulty or we made an error. Please check your spelling before you order. We may refuse to print anything offensive, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

Product images and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration, and colours can look different on different screens. Manufacturers sometimes change packaging without telling retailers.

Licensed products

All character names, logos and artwork belong to their respective rights holders. We sell officially licensed goods supplied to us by licensed manufacturers.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site at the time you placed it.
