Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
Standard UK delivery, tracked. Express is 1 to 2 working days.
Posters ship rolled in tubes. Figures ship in their original boxes.
UK orders over £30 ship free on the standard service.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, go out on the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends.
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Man. Remote postcodes can take an extra working day. We do not ship outside the UK at the moment.
You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check progress on the order tracking page with your order number and billing email.
Couriers occasionally run late, especially around Christmas. If your parcel has not arrived 3 working days after the expected date, email support@haxole.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
If you spot a mistake in your address, email support@haxole.co.uk straight away. If the order has not been dispatched we can fix it. Once it has left us, it has to run its course and come back to us before we can resend.
Posters are rolled and shipped in rigid tubes, never folded. Figures stay in their original retail boxes inside a protective outer box. Small accessories ship in padded envelopes.
